Introductory call (digital)
We always like to start with an introduction call; This is a perfect way for us to scope out your needs and how we can help and for you to see whether there's a 'click'. This first call last about 30 minutes and includes a plan for going forward. If you decide to book your first home consult after this, the costs for this digital consult will be waived.
Quality of Life and Environmental assessment
The first meeting with our Care Coordinator at your home will be one of the longest consults with us. We'll get a full history from your primary veterinarian, and you'll receive help from a vet-speak translator, the first Quality of Life (baseline) assessment, an initial Environmental Assessment, a written up holistic care plan with us and End of Life Doula support going forward. We'll be in direct communication with your primary veterinarian to update them on the findings and care plan going forward.
First consultations can take up to three hours and you will be asked to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire beforehand.
