Supervision Support for Veterinary Teams
Create a safe working environment for your team, where they feel valued and able to do what they do best and psychologically safe to speak up and ask for what they need.
Originating in psychotherapy, supervisors are (often external) people who facilitate a:
-
Safe environment for an individual team member to reflect on work, what doesn't work for them and how to approach actions to mitigate problems
-
Difficult conversations within a team or between team members
-
Reflection for teams and individuals on a case in a confidential, blame-free space
Veterinary practices can hire me on an ad hoc basis, when they feel something's just not right, but better results are booked with an ongoing relationship.

What People Say
"I worked with Sieske at the Autumn Animals clinic in London, performing home euthanasias. Sieske's calming and compassionate nature was such a privilege to work with. Her way of empathising with clients and animals was second to none. Her ability to communicate clearly and with compassion in one of the client's life's difficult times is a unique skill that I believe she has mastered. I look forward to seeing what Sieske does in the future and am slightly jealous of who gets to work with such a kind human being in the future." Dr Tamara Whiteside, Treating Tails

"Sieske is a phenomenal person. When we worked together for her clinic in London, Autumn Animals, I was always impressed by her kind manner with clients and pets alike. She is well organised, articulate and warm. She has changed the landscape of hospice care for pets in London. I know that anyone would be lucky to have Sieske as a business partner." Dr Anita Guo
My Approach
With years of experience caring for geriatric animals and their caregivers (I don't like the word 'owners' in this context), I have designed an approach to veterinary End-of-Life care that is based on four pillars.

-
Physical Comfort
-
Emotional Comfort
-
Social Support
-
Control of the Situation

Making sure these pillars are taken care of for both the pet and their guardians, will enable an End-of-Life experience that is high quality, empowering and filled with love.
